We Store Verbier is an independent storage service operated by Ludovic Houssiaux.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, the items you want to store, and any optional phone number, preferred start date and additional details you provide. If you contact us through WhatsApp, telephone or email, we also receive the information you share there.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange storage and manage customer communications. Sending a request does not confirm a booking. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are processed through Cloudflare and Google Apps Script, stored in Google Sheets and notified to us through Gmail. Framer hosts this website. WhatsApp processes messages sent through its service under its own privacy terms.

Retention and access

Access to customer enquiries in Gmail and Google Sheets is restricted to the people responsible for managing We Store Verbier. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Booking records may be retained longer where necessary for legal or administrative purposes.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections or ask for deletion by emailing us. We will review requests in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law. We currently use no advertising or marketing trackers.
